Buzzin' The Tower Enchiladas - Our version of the perfect chicken enchilada!

Our special blend of chicken & spices, Green Tomatillo Salsa, & Sour Cream wrapped in corn tortillas.  Topped with Monterey Jack Cheese &  Served with our Mexican Rice & Ruby’s Charra Beans.

On Target Shrimp Tacos - Delicious Cajun battered shrimp, fried to a crispy crunch & nestled in a bed of shredded cabbage - all tucked inside our homemake flour tortilla.  Layered with our house JuJu dressing and sprinkled with Monterey Jack Cheese.   Served with our Mexican Rice & Ruby’s Charra Beans.

Shrimp Cocktail - A martini glass swimming with cocktail shrimp, our zesty Pico de gallo red sauce & Avocado.  Served with warm tortilla chips.

Spitfire Wings - Gigantic Chicken Wings tossed in our Hot Buffalo sauces. Served with your choice of Ranch, Cusabi, or any of our other dipping sauces/dressings.

Steaks - On Friday and Saturday Nights - Heritage Angus Upper Choice - 8oz. Filet Minon, 14 oz. Rib Eye, 14 oz. New York Strip, 20 oz. T-Bone, 8 oz. Flat Iron and 8 oz. Sirloin.  Charbroiled to absolute perfection! Served with salad and stuffed baked potato, fries or mashed potatoes and gravy.
